Human-Centered Website Redesign Strategist (Workshops, UX, Personas)
We’re looking for a consultant to help lead the strategy, structure, and user experience planning for our upcoming website redesign. This role will focus on the internal, people-heavy work: gathering input from staff, facilitating workshops, synthesizing needs across departments, and translating all of that into clear, actionable resources for our website design and development team. Think: user journeys, audience personas, site goals, and experience maps. While our in-house team will handle the visual design and technical build, this consultant will lead the time-intensive human-centered pieces—ensuring our website reflects the needs of our staff and the communities we serve.
