Construction Accountant to perform annual audits for 2 entities.
We are a small commercial construction firm that needs annual Percentage of Completion Audits to be prepared for banking and bonding purposes. This will also include a separate audit for a subcontracting entity that is a separate corporate entity. The annual revenue for the construction firm is 4-6 million USD and the annual revenue for the subcontracting entity is 1-2 million USD. No daily bookkeeping services are required. For the contracting firm, we currently need the audits performed for 2021 - 2024. For the subcontracting form, we need audits for 2023 and 2024. Moving forward we will need these performed on an annual basis.
