Trust Bookkeeper or Accountant Needed for Final Trust Accounting in Florida
I am seeking a qualified trust accountant or bookkeeper to assist with the final accounting of a trust in compliance with Florida state standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in trust accounting, ensuring that all financial records are accurate and meet legal requirements. I was a trustee for a decedent's estate for a short while. Money to pay for estate and trust expenses was pulled from various accounts (including my own personal and business banks, credit cards, etc.) as the trust did not have much money in its bank account. I need to submit the final accounting to the Personal Representative (executor) and I need someone to put it all together in a correct format with categories that are recognized for trust accounting in Florida. I have spreadsheets and statements for each account. This is a somewhat entangled trust accounting that I need prepared for me. This is a critical task that requires attention to detail and a solid understanding of trust accounting norms in Florida.
