Structural stamped designs for mother in law apartment above garage (Colorado)
We live in Arvada, CO (Denver area). We are trying to get started on a pop-top ADU over our garage for a mother-in-law suite. We will need a structural engineer with stamp for city to accept plans. I'm attaching a PDF with the rough concept. Roughly 24' x 28' straight up no weird extensions or shapes, lol. Would this be a project within your skillset and experience?
