The ideal candidate will have a proven track record** of running successful ad campaigns for home service businesses, preferably in the cleaning industry. Responsibilities: ✅ Set up, manage, and optimize Google Search Ads and Local Service Ads (LSA) to drive high-quality leads ✅ Perform keyword research to target homeowners and businesses looking for cleaning services ✅ Optimize campaigns for high conversion rates and low cost per lead (CPL) ✅ Set up conversion tracking to measure ad performance ✅ Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for scaling ✅ Manage and improve Google My Business (GMB) for better local visibility Requirements: ✔ Proven experience running Google Ads & LSA campaigns for home service businesses ✔ Strong understanding of lead generation strategies and local search intent ✔ Expertise in bid strategy, audience targeting, and ad copy optimization ✔ Ability to generate high-quality leads at an optimal cost per acquisition (CPA) ✔ Experience with **Google My Business (GMB) optimization ✔ Excellent communication and reporting skills Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required): ➕ Experience with remarketing strategies ➕ Knowledge of SEO and Local SEO tactics ➕ Ability to run A/B tests on ad creatives What We Offer:
