Lawyer Needed for Contract Review at Digital Advertising Agency
Silverlight Digital is a digital marketing agency. We service brand managers of pharma and healthcare companies as well as partner creative agencies. As we continue to grow and take on more clients, we are looking to have legal representation help with reviewing our contracts so that we are able to focus more time on projects. To start, we hope to familiarize you with our MSA, SOW, and NDA requirements in order to ensure you are familiar with the standards expected for our contracts. We need legal oversight to protect our business interests, taking into account indemnification, limitations of liability, confidentiality, cyber-security, exclusivity, and other business interests. Goals Available to review major contracts 5-10 hours a month to ensure that all requirements and qualifications are at Silverlight Digital’s standard. This may fluctuate by month as Q4 typically has more volume. Speed up the process of reviewing and turning over contracts, as well as serve as legal representation. Preference is for someone who has experience with digital marketing and/or pharma advertising contracts.
