Looking for Graphic Designer Located in Delaware
We are looking for a creative, reliable and motivated team player to help us with the growth of our online clothing company and non-profit projects! This same person, will also be the secretary for our newly formed non-profit. This will allow the right person with a philanthropic mindset to be fully engulfed in our culture of giving back and having fun while doing so. This is a very dynamic and flexible part-time position that has potential for growth. Responsibilities: - Collaborates with the founder and owner to understand project requirements and objectives - Creates conceptual designs and mock-ups for various types of clothing, mainly shirts, hats and patches - Uses industry-standard design software to develop detailed design layouts and specifications that can be easily understood by the manufacturer - Incorporates branding elements, typography, color theory, and visual aesthetics into the designs - Stays up-to-date on industry trends, materials, and production techniques to ensure designs are on trend and on brand - Works closely with production teams to ensure design concepts are translated accurately into finished products - Take and distribute notes from quarterly meetings as the secretary for the non-profit Qualifications: - Must have Delaware mailing address but job is remote - Bachelors degree required; major or significant coursework in Art, Graphic Design, or related disciplines highly preferred. - 3+ years work experience as designer in the apparel industry or related graphics field - Proficient with MS Office Programs and Google Workspace - Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of designs and projects is preferred - Non-profit or volunteering experience preferred If you are passionate about graphic design and eager to contribute your creativity to impactful projects, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity!
