Removing restrictive covenant on my land
So I purchased a 5ac land in Heard county, GA from party B. Party B bought a 25ac land from Party A, and Party A had put a restrictive covenant on placing manufactured home when he sold 25ac land to Party B. Party B parceled the land into 5ac parcels and sold it to me without any restrictive covenant on my deed. I have attached the deed document of sale of land between party A and B. I need help in removing the covenant to place a manufactured home on the land.
