Taxes for Pre-Revenue startup (Federal and State Filing)
In 2024 I was diagnosed with a rare and aggressive cancer. I had to pause work on my business in June so taxes will be pretty straightforward. We are a pre-revenue startup with very little expenses. We are a Delaware C Corp. Just have to do the federal and Minnesota state filings. I already paid my Delaware franchise tax and we didn't have any 1099s in 2024. I'm still recovering so looking for a good price and good work. Thank you.
