We are seeking an experienced AI consultant with strong expertise in developing AI agents using LangGraph - an orchestration framework built on LangChain. The ideal candidate will help design, develop, and optimize an AI agent system for our specific business needs. About the Project We're looking to build a sophisticated AI agent system that can handle complex tasks through multi-step reasoning and state management. LangGraph will be the core framework for this project, enabling us to create agents that maintain context and make intelligent decisions through a well-structured workflow. Key Responsibilities Consult on architecture design for our AI agent system using LangGraph Provide expert guidance on implementing state management for complex conversations Help develop and optimize workflows for different agent capabilities Assist with integrating external tools and APIs within our agent framework Troubleshoot and optimize performance of our AI agent system Provide knowledge transfer to our development team Requirements Proven experience developing AI agents using LangGraph Strong understanding of LangChain and its integration with LangGraph Experience with large language models (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) Proficiency in Python programming Familiarity with agent architectures (ReAct, ReflexionV2, etc.) Understanding of graph-based workflows for agent orchestration Experience with prompt engineering and context management Excellent communication skills for knowledge transfer Bonus Skills Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) implementations Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.) Understanding of AI agent evaluation frameworks Experience with multi-agent systems Knowledge of AI safety and alignment principles
