As our online presence grows, we're seeking a Google Ads expert who can help us expand our digital reach efficiently and strategically—particularly with search ads, keyword targeting, and visibility across Google platforms including Google Jobs. Who We're Looking For: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Google Ads consultant who works independently or through a boutique marketing firm and understands the marketing needs and budget realities of small businesses. Experience or familiarity with how Google Jobs functions—particularly for driving visibility to job posts—is a strong plus. Responsibilities: Develop and manage high-converting Google Ads campaigns (primarily Search and Display, with potential expansion into YouTube or Performance Max). Optimize campaigns for lead generation and conversions aligned with hiring/staffing goals. Analyze performance data regularly and adjust bids, copy, and targeting accordingly. Offer keyword research and competitive analysis tailored to our niche. Provide guidance on integrating campaigns with Google Jobs and leveraging relevant features to boost job post visibility. Make budget-conscious recommendations for ad spend and scaling strategies. Ideal Qualifications: 3+ years of direct experience managing Google Ads for service-based or internet businesses. Proven track record of delivering measurable ROI for small business clients. Knowledge of the Google Jobs platform. Experience with recruiting platforms, job boards, or Google Jobs integration preferred. Google Ads Certification strongly preferred. Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate performance clearly to non-marketers. Familiar with conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager, and basic landing page optimization.
