Build Automated Health Report Generator from SQL Data
I have an SQL database that stores health assessment data from individuals using DEXA scan machines. Each time someone takes a scan, I need that data pulled into a company-branded report that includes charts and tables (sample attached). Ideally, the data should be pulled into a web-based application where I can view and print each report. The system should automatically create a new row or entry every time someone completes another scan, ensuring their history is updated and accessible in the same report format. What I Need: - Connect to an SQL database to pull scan data. - Generate a company-branded PDF or printable report from each scan. - Include visual elements like charts and tables (similar to attached example). - Automatically add a new entry every time a scan is completed. - Preferably accessible via a web app, but I’m open to better or more efficient workflows if you have ideas. Optional but Nice-to-Have: - Ability to view past scan history for individuals. - Export or email reports easily. - Integration with user authentication or filtering by client name/date.
