Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented EB-1A Paralegal to assist with multiple EB-1A I-140 petitions (from start to finish). Initial first draft of filing packet to be completed within 3 weeks of receiving all signed letters of recommendation from clients. Firm foresees a consistent continuous number of cases within the next 3-6 months. Scope of work: Review Case Strategy: Collaborate with the attorney to review case strategies and determine the best approach for each client. Client Communication: Communicate directly with clients via email to discuss case details, document requirements, and revisions. Document Review: Review the documents provided by the client to ensure completeness and relevance. Recommendation Letters: Review and revise drafted recommendation letters, making necessary edits and communicating with clients about any required changes. Drafting Forms & Support Letters: Prepare the required forms and support letters, ensuring they are accurately completed. Attorney Cover Letter/Exhibit List: Prepare the attorney's cover letter and exhibit list to accompany the filing. Compile Evidence: Gather and organize the supporting evidence packet based on the forms and exhibit list. Revisions: Make edits and revisions as needed after the attorney or client reviews the drafts. Collaboration: Maintain open communication with the attorney to ensure strong, comprehensive cases are filed successfully. Qualifications Proven experience as a paralegal, with a focus on immigration law, particularly EB-1A petitions. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple matters simultaneously. Familiarity with immigration forms and supporting evidence requirements for EB-1A petitions.
