Invoicing and Client Facing Reports
I am looking for someone to generate reports from our phone system and run invoices and payments daily for our clients. Must be proficient in QBO. Th invoicing process is a little complex but becomes easier once you get the hang of it, so I need someone who is willing to roll their sleeves up and learn. This person will need to work daily Mon-Fri but some days will require more hours than others, some days could be just one hour others could be as many as 5. This person will also need to be willing to get on the phone with clients who have billing questions. The job also includes sending reports of minutes usage (different than invoicing) to clients as well.
