Responsibility For Customer Support/Success Manager: $1k/m per offer Call and welcome new members immediately after they close Make sure/confirm they signed the contract before gaining access to the discord (otherwise remove roles) Make sure all onboarding goes smoothly and action steps are in place Any technical issues like incorrect onboarding links, discord chat/role problems the customer will be directed to reach out to you to solve those problems Any refund requests will reach out to you Reach out to open disputes and try to get them to withdraw If not, fight them with evidence (contract, chat messages, etc.) Fill out and log payment tracker sheet when someone closes (ex: the date they closed, the closer name, the payment processor, what payment plan they were on, when next payment is due, discord username, etc) Fill out chargeback and refund tracker Sign client agreements on behalf of the company (not in your name ofc)
