Experienced Book Coach and Consultant Needed
Simon Golden, LLC is a leading book coaching and ghostwriting business dedicated to helping CEOs, executives, and industry leaders leave a lasting legacy, expand their impact, and build credibility through a value-packed book. Due to high demand, we’re looking to add an experienced Book Coach to our team. We need someone who has been involved in writing or coaching at least a dozen books and can provide high-level guidance on structure, clarity, and authentic tone. The ideal candidate is not just an excellent writer but a strategic thinker who can help clients refine their message and complete their non-fiction books efficiently. What We’re Looking For: ✅ Exceptional writing and editing skills ✅ Experience with at least 12 books (written, co-written, or coached) ✅ Strong ability to assess structure, clarity, and voice in a book ✅ Expertise in deciding what content is most valuable and relevant ✅ Experience with business books (self-help experience is a plus) ✅ Previous experience working with CEOs and executives, with the ability to hold them accountable ✅ Punctual and reliable—meetings must be honored on time ✅ Ability to coach clients across multiple genres: memoir, business, self-help, healthcare ✅ Availability to meet with clients twice a month and manage up to 10 clients If you’re a seasoned book coach passionate about helping leaders bring their books to life, we’d love to hear from you!
