Looking for a civil engineer to design the following: • Site Plan Civil Engineering Set o Geometric Layout plan (building sited, parking, loading, dumpster, pedestrian way, road access o Site Grading Plan (Requires 1 foot existing contours) o Site Utility Plan ( Requires Existing Available Utilities) o Landscaping and Site Lighting Plan o Erosion & Sedimentation Control Plan o Site Details • Stormwater Runoff Analysis Report • Utility Connection Coordination (OCWA (water) & OCWEP (sanitary sewer) Topo survey is in progress. Attached is the existing survey and structural/architect design for pole barn.
