Church Annual Report Design [Digital & Print]
Contract Length: April–May 2025 Deliverables: First DRAFT May 9th Final May 16th Time Commitment: Estimated 15–25 hours total (flexible) Overview: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented graphic designer to bring our 2024 Annual Report to life. This report is more than numbers—it’s a celebration of the people, testimonies, and impact of what God has done through our church this year. You'll work closely with our Communications team to create a polished, story-driven report in both digital and print formats. Key Responsibilities: Design a 10 page Annual Report that is visually engaging, easy to navigate, and on-brand. Incorporate key themes, scriptures, and testimonies provided by the team. Layout content including photos, infographics, charts, and pull quotes. (team will provide dropbox folder with photos) Ensure final product is optimized for print and digital distribution (PDF and web-friendly formats). Provide 2–3 design drafts for review, with rounds of feedback incorporated. Collaborate with our team on timeline, voice, and style direction. Deliverables: Finalized Annual Report design (PDF, print-ready, and web version) Editable source files (InDesign, Canva Pro, or other format used) Optional: social media graphics or teaser images based on the report
