**Job Description:** We are seeking a highly skilled and dependable developer to create a simple yet powerful web application that enables users to upload a photograph and receive AI-generated ingredient identification through the utilization of OpenAI's GPT-4 Vision or its image-to-text capabilities. **Core Functionality:** - Users will be able to upload a photo via a web or mobile platform (cross-device compatibility is essential). - The uploaded image will be transmitted to OpenAI’s API (either Vision or GPT-4 Turbo with image support). - OpenAI will analyze the image and return a structured text response, including but not limited to the primary item, toppings, and garnishes. - The application will display the response in a clear and organized format. **Preferred Technology Stack (subject to flexibility):** - Candidates may utilize platforms such as Glide, WeWeb, Bubble, or any no-code/low-code solutions, or lightweight custom technology stack that supports file uploads and API integration. - The implementation of the OpenAI Vision API is required (integration may be achieved through tools such as Make, Zapier, or direct HTTP requests). - There exists the potential for future scalability into a native application or the integration of a simple database (such as Airtable, Supabase, etc.). **Deliverables:** - A functional application (either hosted or a preview link is acceptable). - An image upload interface. - A fully operational API connection to OpenAI. - A display of the content returned by the API. - A clean and minimal user interface.
