Overview: SmarterGrads is a growing SaaS platform designed to help students and families make smarter decisions about college and career planning. We’re looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team part-time and help shape and execute our digital marketing strategy. This role will focus on developing strategies for various platforms (TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others), targeting our diverse user base (students, parents, counselors, and career coaches), creating engaging content, and analyzing performance to inform ongoing efforts. Key Responsibilities: • Develop & Execute Strategy: Create platform-specific digital marketing strategies tailored to each of our key audiences. Provide recommendations for content type, posting frequency, and engagement tactics across TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, and potentially YouTube or email. • Create & Manage Content: Produce or oversee the production of high-quality, engaging content (posts, videos, carousels, stories, reels, etc.). Must have a good sense of tone and storytelling that resonates with Gen Z, millennial parents, and educators. • Monitor & Optimize: Track the success of campaigns using relevant analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, TikTok Analytics, etc.). Provide regular reports with actionable insights and suggestions for improvement. • Audience Growth & Engagement: Help us grow our following, increase brand awareness, and drive traffic to our platform. Collaborate with our team to refine our messaging and ensure alignment with our brand identity.
