Need a Marketing Assistant to promote my book series

Need a Marketing Assistant to help promote my book brand. Looking for someone to help market my books and outreach to writing podcasts to promote my brand. Someone with experience in the book industry and how to market books is preferred. Hours Required per week: 4 hours per week max Work Specifications: 1. Schedule me to speak on at least 1 podcast interview per month 2. Reach out to at least 5+ podcasts per hour a. Research and find podcasts online b. List them on a spreadsheet for me to see c. Follow up multiple times with podcasts 3. Set up guest speaking appearances 4. Promote social media brand 5. Attempt to get 50+ Amazon reviews for my latest book after a few months Other Job duties: - create a network of connections online with other authors and writer related groups - handle emails and messages on social media Skills: - social media management - scheduling - marketing - good communication Trial Period: 1-2 months (future employment will be determined depending on performance)
