We are looking for a Google Ads expert to support two businesses: 1. One with no current ad presence (you’ll own the strategy, setup, and ongoing management) 2. One with active campaigns and an in-house marketing lead (you’ll offer guidance on optimization, performance, budget allocation, copy, and strategy refinement) Ideal candidate has experience with: Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Semrush. Full-funnel and retargeting campaign builds. Interpreting performance data and clearly explaining strategy (the what, how, and why) to maximize conversions and ROI. Collaborating on budget planning and creative testing. We’re aiming for a strategic partner who can help us grow both accounts with a focus on performance, transparency, and clear communication. In both cases, you will be working with a marketing director and support, so the ideal candidate works well as part of a team.
