Title: Virtual Assistant / Marketing Support for Women’s Health Clinic (Menopause Focus) Description: Hi there! I run a menopause clinic focused on helping professional women (ages 40–60) manage hormonal changes while maintaining their health, energy, and career performance. I’m currently looking for a reliable, detail-oriented virtual assistant or marketing support person who can help me grow my client base—without needing me to be active on social media. This is a part-time, flexible role—starting with 2-3 hours/week—with potential to grow. Tasks may include: * Reaching out to local women’s wellness groups, coworking spaces, and businesses for potential referrals or collaborations * Creating simple patient-facing materials (flyers, intake forms, welcome packets) * Managing a scheduling tool like Calendly * Writing or editing email templates (referral outreach, follow-ups, simple newsletters) * Organizing feedback/testimonials from free sessions or early clients * Helping with simple local marketing ideas (no paid ads for now) Ideal person: * Has experience with health, wellness, coaching, or women’s services * Is proactive and independent (I don’t want to micro-manage!) * Strong written communication skills * Optional but helpful: experience with Canva, email marketing tools, or light website editing (Wix, Squarespace, etc.) Location: New Jersey (US or similar timezone preferred, but flexible) Hours: 2-3/week to start Rate: 20/hour If this sounds like something you’d love to support, I’d love to hear from you.
