Sr. Full Stack Engineer
End User Services O365 Engineer - Senior Platform Engineer (Microsoft 365) Development and architecture experience across the four enterprise architecture domains: business, system/application, information/data and technical/infrastructure using the Microsoft Power Platform. Build, manage, and administer the organization-wide deployment of Microsoft 365 enterprise platform (Productivity via Office Applications, Enterprise Collaboration via Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint, Email and Calendaring via Exchange Online, Enterprise Mobility Management via Intune, Automation via Power Platform, Microsoft, etc.). Identifies new areas and business processes where Microsoft 365 Solutions such as Exchange Online, OneDrive, Teams, Intune, SharePoint and others can be leveraged for increased business value and facilitates continual process improvement. Administration of M365, Power BI, Power Platform, SharePoint Online, Intune and Conditional Access, as well as PowerShell and Azure. Manage the M365 tenant, including user provisioning, licensing, security policies, system health monitoring, and service configuration (SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, etc.). Administer Power BI (workspaces, performance, security, and user support), Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents, assisting with application/workflow configuration and troubleshooting. Responsible for customer satisfaction, deployment, adoption and support of "M365/Office 365 Apps for Enterprise" initiatives. Advanced/expert level administration and troubleshooting of the O365 Suite. Experience with M365/O365 Web Apps, Admin Center, and other M365/O365 products such as SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Sway, Bookings, Forms, or Planner. Experience with Azure Active Directory and Group Policies for Azure AD or Office Apps.
