I have a limited budget. I would like a 30-60 second video made about my novel. My plan is to use this for TikTok and Facebook. I would like a good quality and some examples of your past work. I realize the budget is not big, but easy money for an experienced person. You can use AI if that keeps the cost down, but it needs to be as realistic as possible.
