We are seeking a skilled In-House Claims Adjuster to manage and oversee claims for our real estate investment and management company. This role involves facilitating and handling insurance claims filed by our company, ensuring proper coverage for new insurance policies before binding, and acting as a liaison with insurance adjusters and our leadership. Additionally, the adjuster will review and process small incidents where the company opts to settle without filing a formal claim. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience in real estate or insurance claims management. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and coordinate insurance claims from filing to resolution. • Review new insurance policies to ensure adequate coverage before approval. • Act as a company representative with insurers and adjusters, ensuring fair outcomes. • Assess and process small incidents for direct payout without filing a formal claim. • Maintain detailed claims documentation and risk assessments.
