Tomco Service Group is a leader in providing expert Functional Safety (ISO 26262) consulting and full lifecycle services. We are seeking an experienced outbound sales freelancer to help grow our client base by reaching out directly to companies posting jobs for Functional Safety Engineers, System Safety Engineers, and ISO 26262 specialists. Your role will be to: Monitor job boards and freelance platforms for ISO 26262 / safety engineering job posts Research and identify hiring managers or decision-makers Craft and send persuasive outreach messages (email, LinkedIn, or platform messaging) Position Tomco as a complete expert team, showing the advantages over hiring a single contractor Set up introductory meetings between Tomco and potential clients Maintain a lead tracker and follow-up schedule Ideal Candidate: Experience in outbound B2B sales Excellent written communication skills (technical or engineering background a bonus) Familiar with technical hiring processes Able to research and find hiring managers Proactive, persuasive, and able to handle objections Bonus: Experience in automotive, autonomous systems, or safety engineering industries.
