Interview study of career changer's experiences
Hello! We are researchers at UNC-Chapel Hill (study id: 24-1507). We invite participants who might be open to share their experience of a recent or an ongoing change they've made, are making, or thinking of making regarding their skills, occupation, and/or profession. The interview - done remotely - should last between 60-90 minutes. Additionally, participants will be asked to complete a brief pre-interview survey that will help us better prepare ahead of time. For those who might be a bit more shy about participating in interviews, know that this is meant to be a friendly conversation. We are here principally to learn from your experiences. We understand that job-related changes can offer opportunities for growth, but can also bring challenges and uncertainty. While your participation greatly helps our project, we hope this interview may provide you with a time set aside for reflection that may be of value too.
