Power Automate Workflow Developer for Email Analysis
Description: We are looking for a skilled Power Automate Workflow Developer to create a workflow that analyzes emails received in a shared inbox. Our team categorizes emails by assigning them to individual team members, who then work from their designated categories. The goal is to analyze the overall email traffic, track individual email assignments, and quantify the types of requests received, such as purchase orders (POs), contract requests, quote requests, requests for information (RFI), and more. Responsibilities: Develop a Power Automate workflow to monitor and analyze email traffic in a shared inbox. Implement a system to categorize emails by individual team members. Track and report on the volume of emails assigned to each team member. Analyze and categorize incoming requests (POs, contract requests, quote requests, RFIs, etc.). Generate reports on email traffic and request types for overall inbox analysis and individual performance metrics. Requirements: Proven experience with Microsoft Power Automate. Strong understanding of email categorization and workflow automation. Ability to analyze and interpret email data. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills for collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
