Dallas-based Freelance Tech Designer to support our luxury children's clothing line Bea Colette that is manufactured in Italy. Must Haves: *Must be local to support in-person fittings -Experience with both production and development tech -Be able to provide graded production specs -Flexible to react to business needs -Familiarity with children's garments (both knit and wovens) -Comfortable communication with overseas suppliers Specific Tech Expertise: -Pattern Making & Fit: Develop and refine patterns, ensuring accurate fit and construction. -Technical Drawings & Specifications: Create detailed technical drawings, specifications, and tech packs for garments. -Sample Evaluation: Evaluate garment samples, identifying and addressing fit, construction, and quality issues. -Material Knowledge: Understand different fabrics, finishes, and construction techniques.
