Legal Support and Contract Review
We are looking for a part-time person who can help our team process contract red lines, improve our current MSA, contractor agreements, and advise on various legal matters when it comes to our client services. Most of our legal needs stem around NDA and MSA review, but at times will include contractor agreements, employee agreements, and scopes of work for our clients. We would like some support in our operation agreement of LLC and we imagine this would be a very short term part of the project.
