Admissions recruitment for higher ed tech/coding school
We’re a selective online further/higher ed school with a focus on software engineering and AI/ML. Our mission is to provide high quality tech education with a rigorous admissions process, but without the exclusivity that you'd typically see in higher education. We know anyone is capable of making a career change or leveling up with the right mindset and the right support. The admissions process is demanding (a series of technical and non-technical interviews) - and acts like a recruitment funnel. We’re not going to be a ‘sales driven’ organization ever as ultimately people won’t be able to succeed in the program if they’re not truly ready for it. However we would like to help people feel supported, encouraged and inspired at every stage of the journey from application to being accepted and joining the program This project involves engaging with candidates who have applied to the program and supporting them on their coding journeys, as well as doing recruitment for viable candidates for the program via both cold outreach and engaging with past candidates for our programs. The right candidate is a current/former recruiter with experience at tech-driven companies. They may be looking for a more flexible working structure (15 hours / week, approx) and are excited about making an impact by increasing access in tech education.
