I am seeking a California-licensed attorney with experience in civil litigation—particularly in cases involving personal injury, bad faith, or corporate negligence. A civil suit has already been filed against a major corporation, and prior settlement communications have taken place. I am now looking to retain a skilled attorney to: Represent me in any renewed settlement discussions Step in and take over representation should the matter proceed to trial Ensure compliance with all procedural rules and deadlines Help evaluate the strengths of the case and strategize next steps Ideal Experience: Licensed and in good standing with the California Bar Strong background in civil cases against large corporations or insurers Experience handling personal injury or bad faith insurance claims preferred Prior courtroom and trial experience a plus Familiarity with eFiling, case management systems, and California Code of Civil Procedure I will provide all relevant documentation, including the complaint, proof of service, and prior settlement correspondence.
