Tshirt design refinement (it looks pixelated and cut out)
I had a previous designer work on this design. It looks terrible. It looks very pixelated, it looks cut out from another image; it just looks very sloppy. Look at the attached image for examples that I'm talking about. I need an expert designer to come in and fix this Tshirt design. I need it to have professional looking details. I need the money to look real and not flat with no definition. I need the white outline that goes around the entire design gone. I need the roses and the leaves to look way better than they do. Almost everything about this design screams unprofessional. I need it fixed ASAP.
