Description: We're looking for a freelance designer to format and design a professionally branded 10-page whitepaper. The document is mostly text-based, but we’d like to include 1–2 simple infographics or visual elements to enhance readability. We have an existing brand style (fonts, colors, logo) that should be used throughout. Scope: Design and layout of a 10-page whitepaper using existing branding Create 1–2 simple infographics or visual aids to support key messages Deliver clean, professional formatting for a business audience Provide both a print-ready PDF and a web-optimized version Requirements: Experience designing whitepapers, reports, or similar B2B content Strong skills in layout software (InDesign, Figma, or similar) Ability to create clean, clear infographics aligned with brand style Attention to detail, responsive communication, and ability to meet deadlines Timeline: Kickoff ASAP Draft layout within 3 days 1–2 rounds of revisions We’re excited to find someone great to work with—thanks!
