HubSpot Expert Needed – Custom CRM, NetSuite & Qwilr Integration
Description: We are The PUSH Agency, a fast-growing experiential staffing company currently evolving our systems to better support our sales and operations teams. We’re looking for a HubSpot expert to help us fully integrate and optimize our CRM across the following platforms: - A homebuilt internal CRM/operations system - NetSuite - The proposal platform Qwilr What We Need: - Audit of our current HubSpot setup - Help identifying and filling in missing elements - Build out smart automations (none exist yet) - Ensure seamless syncing across HubSpot, our internal system, NetSuite, and Qwilr - Configure pipeline stages and sales workflows - Optimize Qwilr integration for proposals and tracking - Enable leadership-level reporting and visibility Ideal Candidate Has: - Proven experience with HubSpot integrations (custom systems + NetSuite) - Experience setting up and optimizing Qwilr with HubSpot - Deep knowledge of pipeline management, automation, and sales operations - Availability for ongoing support and consultation This is a chance to get in early and shape the foundation of our CRM strategy.
