Description: We’re a small but growing digital marketing agency looking for a part-time Media Buyer to help manage and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook + Instagram) for our e-commerce clients. We’re looking for someone experienced, analytical, and collaborative — who can jump in, make sense of campaign performance, and bring strategic insights to the table. What You’ll Do: • Manage and optimize Meta Ads campaigns for multiple e-commerce brands • Analyze performance data and provide actionable recommendations • Collaborate with our internal team for copy, creative, and strategy direction • (Bonus) Manage or advise on Google Ads, Pinterest Ads, and/or TikTok Ads campaigns if experienced What We’re Looking For: ✅ Proven experience running Meta Ads (Facebook + Instagram) with a solid understanding of performance marketing ✅ Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend optimizations ✅ Great communicator who can work independently but is also comfortable taking direction ✅ (Nice to have) Experience with other platforms such as Google Ads, Pinterest Ads or TikTok Ads ✅ Comfortable working with nominal budgets (for now) and scaling accounts over time Details: • Hours: ~10–15 hours/week to start • Rate: Please include your hourly rate in your proposal • Commitment: Ongoing — potential for more hours as we grow Why Work With Us?
