Sales Development & Support

Description: We’re looking for a resourceful and ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support and grow our sales and partnership efforts. This is a part-time role a few hours a week with room to grow into more responsibility based on performance and trust. You’ll work directly with our core team to generate leads, engage prospects, and support the sales pipeline with both inbound and outbound strategies. Key Responsibilities: Research and identify advertiser, sponsor, and other prospects from our existing lists (and expand them) Identify and reach out to the right decision-makers within those companies Set up calls for our leadership team—or take first calls yourself once you're confident Use existing newsletter and membership databases to warm up and solicit leads Build supporting sales materials such as flipbooks and proposal decks Contribute to partnership development and outreach Keep lead data clean and organized in our CRM Tools & Skills We Value: Experience with sales outreach, prospecting, and lead generation Comfortable with tools like Google Docs, Slack, Mailchimp, Canva, LinkedIn, and CRMs Proficient or curious with AI tools like ChatGPT, Apollo, or Clay—bonus if you already use them Willingness to learn and adopt new tools to improve sales performance The Right Fit: Proactive, self-directed, and comfortable working remotely Excellent written communication and attention to detail Excited to grow into more responsibility—possibly even managing or delegating tasks over time A good human who’s interested in building something with long-term potential
