We have a process to test and train new part-time employees, mostly university students. Employees complete online tests and simple technical tasks. We use chatbots (built with ChatGPT) to guide candidates through each step. We need someone who can review and improve these online tests and training steps. The goal is to make sure each step is clear, easy to follow, and effective in finding the best candidates. ⸻ What you’ll do: 1.Review our existing online tests and training steps. 2.Suggest changes to make instructions clearer and tasks simpler. 3.Improve how effectively the tests measure the candidates’ skills and abilities. 4.
