Zapier Automation: Google Docs to Claude.ai API and Back
Job Description: I’m looking for a Zapier expert to help automate a workflow using Claude.ai and Google Drive. What I need: • When a Google Doc (transcript) is added to a specific Google Drive folder, • Zapier should pull the text content from that Doc, • Send it to Claude.ai via API (I already have the API key), requesting Claude to format it into a clean note-style transcript, • Return the formatted output and save it as a new Google Doc in a designated Google Drive folder for distribution. You should have experience with: • Zapier (especially Webhooks and Google Docs integration) • Claude.ai or similar LLMs via API • Parsing and formatting text • Google Docs API / Drive file handling • Creating clear and editable workflows Deliverables: • A functioning automation (Zap or Webhook-based) • Organized output naming and folder structure • Instructions or Loom video showing how it works and how to modify if needed
