Sales Closer / Lead Generation Specialist for AI Agency
We are seeking a motivated Sales Closer / Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic AI agency primarily focused on voice AI and related services. Your primary responsibility will be to convert leads into sales by effectively communicating the value of our AI solutions. We are focused on SMBs in the New York region and have some prospects but need help getting through to key decision makers. What You’ll Do: • Research and identify leads based on our target industries and ideal client profile • Qualify leads and set up discovery or demo calls • Educate prospects on our services and value proposition, ideally leading to a demo and perhaps a test run. • Track outreach and progress in a CRM or spreadsheet Ideal Candidate: • Experience in outbound B2B lead generation or sales • Familiar with AI, automation, specifically content generation, lead generation, agents or voice AI services. • Organized, consistent, and metrics-driven • Self-starter who can hit weekly outreach and call targets. We will be working closely and I will do all I can to help! Pay is hourly and includes a % split on any paid deal closes. Long term partnership is what we ideally want to grow into!
