Problem: The Medicare PlanFinder App is trending at 50+ downloads a week. The App’s goal is to facilitate completion of the Medicare FactFinder Questionnaire. The Medicare FactFinder presents 20 questions necessary to determine a Medicare Beneficiaries most suitable Medicare plan option. Each form submission has a value of $$$. Current install to form submsission conversion rate 3% - 6%. The goal of this Project is to analyze app content/design of the App and Firebase event data to determine changes required to improve form submission rates to 10% - 20%.
