I run an e-commerce store selling apparel. I am looking for an expert at CRO - my last 90 days conversion rate is 0.88%. I drive traffic from ads so that impacts CRO vs organic. I have discounts, upsell at checkouts etc so looking for a higher level approach. Flat fee or by the hour works for me.
