Looking for a skilled UX/UI web designer and marketing-minded creative to take full initiative in designing and building a website that clearly showcases our travel packages and services, with the goal of transitioning from Airbnb to direct booking. This site should be clean, user-friendly, emotionally engaging, and aligned with our brand values of wellness, clean living, nature, and intentional travel. The ideal candidate will conduct research to identify our best target audience, design a website that resonates with them, and create a small marketing campaign with strategic ad placement—backed by research that explains who we’re targeting, why, and where. Experience with user behavior tracking, ad integration, and UX research is important. Must be highly self-directed, able to manage the process from start to finish, and willing to clearly explain their approach in a simple, organized way. You must be open to signing a confidentiality agreement. I am open to your suggestions on what is required and realistic to reach the goal successfully.
