Mandatory Expert-Level Skills: - Excel VBA programming - Excel formulas - Excel charting - Excel dashboards and overall aesthetics - Large data sets and data analysis - Experience with clients with streamlining their operations and increasing operational efficiencies Organization Skills: - Pay attention to details and capture all requirements. - Commit to deadlines and delivery schedules. Ideal Skills: - Database development experience (Azure, SQL, Access) a plus. - Industry knowledge (i.e. finance, insurance, banking, construction, manufacturing) is a plus. - Love working with clients who have technical and non-technical acumen - Excellent communication skills - The ability to understand and articulate client requirements Expectations: - Committed, reliable, and a team player - Be available for online Teams meetings during business hours.
