Build Smartsheet Template for Architectural Design with Studios
We need a Smartsheet expert to create a template that is customized for the architectural design process. The template will be based on typical AIA design phases - we have a baseline schedule built in Smartsheet, which should be used as the starting point (see attached PDF for example). The Smartsheet environment needs to be built for four studios: Architecture, Interior Design, Planning, Construction Administration. It is desired to have a firm-wide roll-up as well. The template will need to include report(s) that summarize all projects within each studio. We are looking for guidance on creating appropriate dashboards; this may not be necessary in this task. The template will need to be set up to assign resources to projects (not necessarily assigned to individual tasks) and then reports created to summarize how each resource is being allocated. I want to be able to easily see how each employee is scheduled. There are 21 employees this will apply to.
