Apparel Line - Style number & Sample Order form creation from Visual Line Plan File

I have an apparel line plan and need someone to create an create style numbers that combine style + color, then create SKUs that include size x color. From there I need to create a sample order form in excel, and take the teams sizes and add into the order form. Ideally this needs to be done over the next 4 days/ASAP.
