We are looking for a skilled Food Scientist / R&D Specialist or experienced Product Developer to help us create a clean-label, natural tortilla recipe using healthy ingredients. This role involves: -Developing and documenting a scalable tortilla recipe -Ensuring the formula works for industrial production -Providing handling, storage, and shelf-life recommendations -Working exclusively with natural, allergen-conscious ingredients ( knowledge about it) You must have: -Proven experience creating or formulating food products for commercial or industrial use -Strong understanding of natural ingredient behavior and clean-label standards -The ability to move quickly and deliver clear documentation of the process A kind and collaborative approach — we’re building something meaningful and fast.
