Project Manager for Paid Ad Agency

Looking for a Project Manager with experience in Performance Marketing/ Paid ads agencies! About Us Murray Marketing Team is a boutique, paid‑ads agency running Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Microsoft, and Pinterest campaigns for B2B and e‑commerce brands. We’re driven by data and grounded in kindness and passion. What You’ll Do - Own project & sprint management. - Build and maintain task boards (ClickUp/Asana/ Notion). - Set timelines, assign owners, track blockers, and keep deliverables on schedule. - Coordinate client communication - Respond to client emails during business hours - Prepare agendas, run status calls, document action items, and follow up promptly. - Maintain and improve processes & quality assurance on an ongoing basis - Keep SOPs and checklists current for launches, creative requests, and reporting - Perform final QA on ad assets, URLs, naming conventions, and tracking tags to ensure tasks have been complteted on time and correctly. - Pull and package performance reporting - Collect data from Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and Looker Studio dashboards - Draft concise weekly highlights, insights, and next‑step recommendations for strategists and clients (depending on the client/scope) - Monitor team bandwidth, anticipate upcoming needs, and suggest additional freelance help when needed Must‑Have Qualifications - 3 + years project‑management experience in a digital‑marketing or performance‑media agency - Hands‑on coordination of multi‑channel paid‑ads deliverables (Google, Meta, etc.) - Expert user of ClickUp, Asana, Notion, or similar PM platforms; fluent with Slack & Google Workspace. - Excellent written and spoken English; comfortable leading client calls. - Working knowledge of ROAS, CPA, CTR, and attribution so you can “speak media buyer” - Eagle‑eye attention to detail—nothing goes live without your sign‑off. - Soft‑skills that matter to us: kindness, passion, proactive problem‑solving, and calm under pressure Nice‑to‑Haves - Light creative‑brief writing or copy‑editing skills - Familiarity with Loom, Figma, or Canva for quick walkthroughs and mockups Engagement Details: Freelancer only (no agencies) Mostly async, but same‑day responses are required within agreed‑upon hours Begin your proposal with “i love ads” so we know you read everything.
