We’re seeking a creative and organized Social Media Coordinator to help manage and grow our social presence across multiple platforms. If you’re skilled in content creation, scheduling, and community engagement and know your way around Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok, this could be a great fit! Project Scope: • Content Planning: Look ahead to create a content plan that supports seasonality, brand initiatives, and pillars. • Content Creation: Write and curate engaging, brand-aligned content (posts, captions, hashtags) • Scheduling & Publishing: Plan and schedule posts using Later, or native schedulers • Engagement: Respond to comments and DMs, and interact with followers in a timely, on-brand manner • Analytics: Track performance metrics and provide monthly reports with insights and suggestions • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on platform changes, trending audio, memes, and best practices Bonus Skills: • Familiarity with Beer, Cider, and Adult beverage marketing rules and best practices. • Basic design in Canva • Short-form video editing (Reels/TikTok) • Influencer/Creator Identification and outreach What We’ll Provide: • Clear brand voice, guidelines, and visual assets • Weekly check-ins or task briefs (via Google Meet, Slack, or Upwork messages) • Ongoing work if the fit is right • Room to bring your own ideas to the table!
